FUNDING

NDIS – National Disability Insurance Scheme
The Orthotics Lab is a registered NDIS provider. We can provide NDIS participants with assistive technology tailored to their individual requirements. We accept participants who are self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA managed. We also assist with orthotic clinical assessment and report writing for future funding and planning. If you are plan-managed, please contact your Plan Manager to ensure you have funding prior to proceeding with the assessment. If you are unsure, The Orthotics Lab is happy to provide guidance.

ICWA – Insurance Commission of WA
The Orthotics Lab has experience with providing orthotic management funded under the Insurance Commission of WA. Please liaise with your ICWA Care Services Coordinator for their approval to attend an initial clinical assessment.

My Aged Care
The Orthotics Lab provides orthotic management to individuals supported by My Aged Care. Please contact your provider directly to determine if funding is available for orthotic management services. The Orthotics Lab is happy to provide guidance.

Private Health Insurance
Extras cover on private health insurance may cover orthotic management. Please contact your specific Health Insurance fund to determine your level of cover.

Privately Funded
For privately funded clients, payment will be requested at the time of service. We accept MasterCard, Visa and EFTPOS payments.
